Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for all products.

Delivery Terms:

The estimated delivery date is indicated for each product. Delivery times depend on the handling time and transport time of each product. Handling and transport days refer to business days, excluding weekends and holidays*.

*Same day refers to orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT. For orders placed later, the departure and delivery will be made on the next business day.

* Delivery dates are purely estimated and may vary depending on the logistics companies.

If there are any delays or incidents with your order, please contact us at info@joanpillowbridal.com. We will verify the situation with the logistics company promptly. You will be notified of the departure via email and an SMS by the courier, including the tracking number.

Order Confirmation: After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number.

Departure Confirmation: Once your order is ready for delivery, an email will be sent to you with the confirmation of departure. This email will include the tracking number and the name of the courier company responsible for delivering your order.

Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please note the following cancellation policy:

  • Orders canceled within 24–72 hours after order confirmation will receive an 80% refund of the price.
  • Orders canceled within 72-120 hours after order confirmation will receive a 50% refund of the price.
  • Orders canceled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation are not eligible for a refund.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

 

Taxes: The prices displayed on Joan Pillow Bridal's include all applicable taxes.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, we will send a notification email with the tracking number. The courier company will also notify the customer by text message or phone call prior to delivery.

The customer has 5 days to verify the integrity of all items and accessories in the order and ensure that everything is included as expected. After these 5 days, the shipment will be considered accepted, and claims for damages or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.

    WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

    We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for domestic shipments and BorderGuru or DHL for international shipments.

    WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can then use this to track your order online. If you do not receive one, please email  info@joanpillowbridal.com and let us know. Weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions are not factored into delivery time and may cause delays. Please ensure your delivery address is attended to during business hours. 

    SIGNATURE REQUIRED

    Joan pillow Bridal's requires a signature upon delivery and/or shipping insurance on all domestic orders for security purposes.

    Non-Delivery Due to Erroneous Address

    1.1 Address Verification

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided during the order placement is accurate and up to date. Before finalizing an order, buyers are advised to double-check the shipping address details to avoid any delays or non-delivery situations.

    1.2 Non-Delivery Due to Erroneous Address

    In the event that the order cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to an error or inaccuracy, the buyer will be solely responsible for the non-delivery. This includes but is not limited to, incorrect recipient name, street address, city, postal code, or contact information.

    1.3 Reshipping Fee

    Should a non-delivery occur due to an erroneous address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee to attempt the delivery again. The reshipping fee will be communicated to the buyer and must be paid before the reshipment process can be initiated.

    1.4 Refund Deduction

    If the buyer decides not to proceed with reshipment or is unable to provide a correct shipping address within a reasonable time frame, a refund may be processed for the order. However, the refund amount will be deducted by the original shipping fees incurred by the seller and any additional re-shipping charges.

    2: Non-Delivery Due to Buyer Absence

    2.1 Receiving the Delivery

    Buyers are responsible for ensuring their availability or that of an authorized representative at the shipping address to receive the delivery. If the buyer is unavailable, the buyer must make arrangements to have someone receive the package on their behalf.

    2.2 Delivery Attempts

    Our shipping partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver the package. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the buyer's absence, the shipping provider will usually leave a delivery notification or attempt to contact the buyer via the provided contact information.

    2.3 Rescheduling

    the Delivery Buyers may have the option to reschedule the delivery with the shipping provider, subject to the provider's terms and conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to liaise with the shipping provider directly for any redelivery arrangements.

    2.4 Reshipping Fee

    In the event that the delivery cannot be completed due to the buyer's absence and the package is returned to the seller, the buyer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee for a subsequent delivery attempt.

    2.5 Refund Deduction

    If the buyer chooses not to proceed with reshipment or is unable to provide an alternative delivery arrangement within a reasonable time frame, a refund may be processed for the order. However, the refund amount will be deducted by the original shipping fees incurred by the seller and any additional re-shipping charges.

    Please note that these policies are subject to change without prior notice, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to review and comply with the latest policies posted by the seller. The seller reserves the right to take necessary actions to resolve non-delivery issues and ensure a satisfactory buying experience for all customers.
